Bosse Field is a historic baseball stadium located in Evansville, IN.  It was opened in 1915 and is the third oldest stadium in the country – surpassed only by Fenway Park (1912 )and Wrigley Field (1914).  It was the first municipally owned sports facility in the U.S. and the site for the movie “A League of Their Own.”

The field is home to the professional minor league baseball team the Evansville Otters and routinely gives away free and discounted game tickets.  The field is named after Benjamin Bosse, an early mayor to the city of Evansville.  Click here to learn more about the area.
